Agree with you Sol,but the only thing that I dont follow is removing game content, better yet make ToO like SRL everyone has the same -blam!-ing load out, balance at its best heck give them the same -blam!-ing pistol to all of them and let the skill sort the goods from the bads,problem solved no more op weapons or op classes, everyone has the same chance to win.

Standardised loadouts could be interesting if they were similar to Hearthstone's Arena style, would also encourage adaption to skills as it would be less 'who has the better gun' and more reaction time and skill.
