Replace surplus with tracking and it will be even more epic.... also MAYBE replace whose next with tripod. That perk made it unique.

I don't know, who's next on a rocket launcher with one shot sounds pretty noce, especially when it covers a huge area, you just gotta get one kill

Yeah but both your exotic slots are used for a rocket launcher then. That's a disadvantage in any game type except mayhem.
