It fires forward, backwards as well, creating a taught rope spanning the two buildings
She grabs the arrow still on the string, and descends to the rooftop she fired at, and one there, she hits a button on the bow, as the rope snaps from the Empire Building, and she retrieves it from its spot on the ground in front of her[/b]
