She is combining a fixed kata,with some freeform martial arts, she hits into the punch bag with a flurry of jabs, following up with a shin kick to the side of the bag,bouncing back she switches stance kicks the bag twice more in the mid range area, before signing off with a roundhouse kick which rattles the bags fixtures so hard that bits of plaster fall from the ceiling, She stops, breathing hard,her top clinging to her , and her hair falling over her face.[/i]

[i]I watched her perform these acts of combat, she was a martial artist, why should she need a swordsman to check up on her?[/i]

[i] She grabs a towel, turning around she see's Renzo,and nods,takes her headphones out,grabs a bottle of water.[/i] Lt " Hey there,sorry am I in your way?"

"No your fine, your cousin just told me check up on you."

"She said you were looking for someone to train with."

[i] she looks slightly less puzzled.[/i] Lt" I was, i mean I am, but I need to sparr against weapons not hand to hand." [i] She looks him up and down to get the measure of him.[/i]

"Weapons? I can spar against you with weapons." [i]I was tall, well built, strong and fast by the looks of it. I caught her gaze and held it when I saw her sizing me up[/i]

[i] She finally cracks a smile,its genuine enough,but there is something about her eye's where the joy doesn't quite reach them.[/i] L " In which case your hired.....you got a name?"

[i]Theres more to her than it already seems, her eyes, they say it all.[/i] "I'm Renzo."

[i] She extends her hand,and nods, a slight look of amusement crosses her face but she quickly introduces herself.[/i] Lt " Well pleased to meet you, I'm Light."

L ' So preferred style,weapon, anything? Is there anything you wouldn't be comfortable with. ?"

[i] She nods, as she stands she shakes her muscles loose,something about her movements, remains perfectly relaxed until they moment they move. She stands across from him, making a strong offensive move ,going straight for a kick down onto his knee.[/i]

[i] As he does that,she ensures to knock the bade wide,,the force of his push sliding her backwards leaving her stance wide and low. Putting her hand to the floor she goes for a leg sweep,[/i]

[i]She caught his leg and he falls backwards but he plants his hand down on the ground mid air and pushes himself up and catching himself, landing on his feet.[/i]

[i] That went better than she had hoped giving her time to get back onto her feet. Seeing an opening she makes for a disable, aiming to grab his free arm , to twist and brace his wrist, hoping he'll drop that blade.[/i]

[i]I reversed her attempted disarm and pushed her in front of me. My arm was around her neck and her hand was on my hand with blade but it was already pointed at her side. [/i]

[i] She braces her back against him trying to ignore his breath near her neck,[/i][b]Focus Light [/b] [i]she tells herself. Leaning hard into him she makes a sudden drop and at the same time throws her weight onto the arm with the blade, still trying to locate the point to get him to drop the knife.[/i]
