[b] San Diego Boarding School Gym [/b]

She's already run 5km, and is right now taking her frustration out on punch bags and kick pads. She performs her kata, with occasional free form, her hair is damp, and her muscles are taught from the exertion . .[/i]

She is combining a fixed kata,with some freeform martial arts, she hits into the punch bag with a flurry of jabs, following up with a shin kick to the side of the bag,bouncing back she switches stance kicks the bag twice more in the mid range area, before signing off with a roundhouse kick which rattles the bags fixtures so hard that bits of plaster fall from the ceiling, She stops, breathing hard,her top clinging to her , and her hair falling over her face.[/i]

[b]She tosses 2 swords to the side, grabs 2 in her hand, and rushes the first dummy, running on it and jumping off with a frontflip, landing on one and planting the wooden blades tips on it, and she throws one blade at the 3rd dummy, charging and slashing the 4th, and she uses telekinesis to send the 2 blades from the side flying into the first dummy, then back to her hands[/b]

[i]She nods in appreciation to the girls skills whilst tugging on the punch bag to ensure the fittings are still secure. This time taking a reverse stance ,twisting to make her blows,dodging imaginary attacks,and alternating a switch and back kick. none of her moves are showing much power at the moment,but she has a remarkable amount of dexterity,seemingly comfortable on either left or right lead, The longer she's observed the more apparent she's holding back." [/i]

[i] Still standing reverse, to her punch back she looks back to find her mark before springing off her right foot twisting 180, and hammering the bag with her left shin. She lands and begins to put her shoulders behind her punches, feigning every now and then to prevent over committing. By now she has split her knuckles on the bag and a fine spray of blood is miring with the sweat on her top. Her muscles in her shoulders and neck go from taught to rigid at which point she begins to cool down.[/i]
