  • Strongly disagree one of the best balance theorists in the biz. This is a error that has been addressed.

  • That is your opinion. I don't agree or like some of the way he tries to 'balance'. Error? What error?

  • Don't be a dick. A mistake is not a fireable offense. Should you feel this way, next time you make a mistake at work, you should receive the same treatment.

  • A mistake can cost a company everything and can result in being fired at the least. In the job I'm currently aiming for, a mistake could potentially lead to someone getting into a wreck because their brakes weren't working and I would be held accountable, rightfully so. I believe in it and fully welcome it. Then there's what they did. Definitely not a life or death matter. Messing up on several changes and instead of going back to fix them they just play it off as intentional while going back and altering the patch notes, with the altered numbers not being even close to the real results that were immediately noticed and calculated by a portion of the players. Laziness it what it was. Now I'm not sure about what all goes into the coding of the game but it still isn't excusable.

  • And I agree with that point. But the community is not the team doing the internal investigation. Anything the community does would be based on an emotional outburst. Not substantive proof. So calling for an investigation, OK I'll give you that, but calling for outright termination based on your emotional state... No.

I honestly made my first comment as a joke and I do have it in my mind somewhere but I really don't care anything much for him. I don't like how he does things though. They won't tell us when they did something wrong or if they're doing anything to fix it and that is where a lot of the community's issues with them are bred from. When Bungie had posted the pre-update patch notes that explained what they had planned on doing it had put the idea into the people's heads that autos would be getting a damage buff, pulses would get a slight damage nerf, eg. But when the patch had come out it was obvious that it wasn't what they had said was going to happen. My point is they built up the community's hope, let them down with what was more than likely just an accident, but instead of being honest and admit the mistake they lied and tried to cover it up. That is the main issue that the people have had with Bungie since Day 1 of Destiny. I
