Sure they also have lacked things like quick updates in the past, however this new live team have been implemented to fix that, with the help of microtransactions, they hope to build a constantly updating destiny, and there is a lot coming to the game real soon, and most likely for free. In fact some believe (and eurogamer has even quoted an employee saying that) bungie will no longer release dlcs until destiny 2, bringing the focus on a free release schedule that is supported by microtransactions. In my opinion that sounds like an awesome future for destiny. And that's what you are asking for right? A halo 5 model, with the content of fallout 4?
