Suros Preorder Bonus Disabled

I've upgraded to the PS4 and rebought TTK, but I can no longer access my Suros Shader or Emblem. Is there a way to receive them again?

You cannot transfer characters, items and ect. However, codes activated on your PSN account may be omni present.
