You do know 3oc got a 15min reset timer right? So using one after another doesnt work.

I didn't, I thought the timer started after you actually got an exotic. I'm pretty sure i've read something like that before. When you use the 3oc you have a higher chance to get an exotic, don't get one? Pop another coin and get an even bigger chance, untill you get an exotic. Only than the 15min timer starts were you get a lower increased chance on your normal chance to get an exotic.
