1. A hot fix is different than a patch, hot fixes only take a couple hours
2. They fixed other things
3. Why do you care? Its an optional book, and who cares about the gear when you can earn tons of other gear by just playing? I feel like the only people who are salty about this situation are the people who exploited the glitch, yet still feel more entitled to the gear than the people who actually payed for it.

Lol this. Plus glitching things that requires money is pretty much illegal (I may be wrong) but also unfair to the people who actually paid the money for it.
