It's not surprising, of course they fixed it. Anything hurting their profits was bound to be a priority. But did they fix it completely, no. People who deleted things can't get it back, people with two or more of the same character can't get another set. Sure, that's coming, but they pushed out the fix that benefitted themselves straight away, with the players needs being addressed whenever. They fixed the engram glitch, great… but did they bother to reimburse the people who unknowingly wasted their engrams? Nope. Not like a boot engram glitch hasn't happened before either. Seems like they care less & less about the people playing the game, look at Tess for instance; sparrows & horns aren't sold individually… if they cared about the player, they'd let us buy exactly what we want, instead, they let us buy a chance at what we want, knowing some players will continuously gamble until they get it, going from one payment to getting several. Because Bungie are now snakes and are slowly turning the game into a story-less cash grab. Any new DLC in the foreseeable future? Apparently not… plans for more "free" events backed by extortionately priced items, yep, guaranteed. I know these things are optional, I don't think the micro-transactions are a bad thing, just the pricing. How is a basic feature like a record book deemed to be worth half the price of the Dark Below or House of Wolves DLC? It shows Bungie will dress up the most basic features and slap a price tag on it. Then add a "Vol. 1", so when the SRL conveniently leaves & no doubt returns, they can charge again for Vol. 2. It's a shame, but more effort goes in to lining their wallets than it does enhancing the player experience. TL;DR - Cashgrab.
