Might as well contribute to this thread myself also. I think bodyshot damage should be nerfed on snipers. Penalize those abusing LitC that way.

Tommorow litc will only proc on head shots so that'll be good, right?

It doesn't make sense to me that an RNG based perk is being delegated to just headshots. Just fix being able to manipulate it to being the first round and bam. Fixed.
