She leaned against the rail and browsed through her watch as all types of pedestrians crossed the bridge to and fro, each heading to their own destination. Quite a bit of couples, especially this time of night when the city lights were at their most illuminating, creating an amazing scenery, but when you've stayed in one place long enough, even the most incandescent things can become dim and dull.
The cold bit at her exposed face as her eyes scanned the passing crowd, looking for a good pick, pairs were too risky, while the occasional drunkard was usually bare in the way of loots, they've most likely drank whatever money they had away. Minutes passed when she finally found what she was looking for, a lone traveler. She pretended to read a book she pulled out as the traveler passed, as observed whatever details she could. Female, thin, possibly easily overpowered. Large backpack, map sticking out of pocket, a tourist!
She grinned ans let her walk a good distance before she herself began to follow. She just might hit the mother-load tonight.

She observes, a bit surprised in regards to apparel, as most people are dressed for the cold. Even more surprising, the weapons, not very subtle. [i]I know who I won't be mugging[/i] she thinks to herself as she continues.

[i] He notices her glancing him over. Is it worth my time? He thinks, maybe. He continues walking, but making sure to tail her.[/i]

You notice she seems to have another follower as you tail her. She walks to a riverside park that seems to have some activity going on. (below)

[i] Lance stops, leaning against a tree and crossing his arms, simply being patient.[/i]

[b]She spots a man in a brown duster and cowboy hat leaning against a wall, flipping a golden coin as he leans, and he spots her, trying not to alert her. [/b] [i]Tailing innocents are we? It's a fox following the rabbit, and I think I'll play the hunter[/i] [b]He thinks to himself[/b]

As she passes you swear you for one moment she eyed your coin with a look of delight and avarice as it flipped through the air. Without a word or a glance she passes in silence as she continues her inconspicuous pursuit.

You follow her down the bridge and into the crowded riverside park where some people are drinking and chatting around boomboxes as they play music, the park is mostly empty at this hour. She walks into the perk and leans against the beam of a nearby shelter, she stares directly at you.

[b]I check my SMART watch, and send a message to one of my scout teams to ready up, and sit at a bench[/b]

She spares no effort to seem indistinct as she continues to stare at you with an enigmatic gaze. Almost as if she is expecting something.

[b]He keeps sitting, eventually pulling the coin and flipping it in his left hand, alert for any movement from you[/b]

Her watch rings, she opens up it's interface and begins to interact with it. After a short while she turns it back into standby mode and promptly begins to walk away from the park. She treks at a brisk pace and adjusts her shoulder bag as she walks.

[b]He puts the coin in his pocket, and mists, tailing her with his nanites spread out, curious[/b]

"Can't this prick get a clue" she mutters under her breath as she gets closer to a street intersection where people are standing by for a green pedestrian light. With precise timing she begins to sprint towards and across the street when the crosswalk light turns green.

After a brief minute of dodging pedestrians and the occasional bicycle she turns into a nearby alley and rests. She takes an occasional glance to make sure she wasn't being followed any longer. "Lost him, and my catch" She says as she kicks a bit of garbage in frustration. Worse things could have happened she tells herself as she re-opens her watch to check the message. [b][i]Bear[/i][/b]
