It is most likely a phase. She is trying out a philosophy she thinks makes her different. Probably rebelling against parents or something like that. You could debate her if you enjoy that. It is easy to win that debate, communism fails whenever attempted for a reason. Not that people making irrational arguments usually realize when they lose. But personally, I would ignore it and wait for her to find the next way to push buttons, or grow up, whichever comes first.
