B3B Stands on a rooftop in California, grinning under his mask. Time to have some fun. He climbs down a fire escape and kills a few gangsters, using telepathy to kill them with knives. He leaves a note by the bodies. "[i]Ah, California. So nice and sunny, nothing like Neo-Tokyo. Well, time to clean up the streets a bit![/i]"

Raze walks past the bodies and stops. He turns around and walks back to them. He sighs, "Vigilantes," and shakes his head.

"I wouldn't say 'vigilante'..." You hear a garbled voice as I drop down. "I just like to have fun."

Raze doesn't turn around until he finished reading the note. "Fun, eh?"

I chuckle. "Yep."

"Hmm." He tosses the note back onto the bodies. "What else you doing tonight?"

"Eh, sightseeing, possibly killing a few people before the clock hits midnight. The usual."

"You do realize that killing without warrant is illegal."

"Neither is vigilantism. Your point?"
