When he views TTK in the PS store what does it show? If it shows as purchased he may need to just download the content. If it is prompting him to purchase it, it is possible that he got a bad code. In the latter case, I would recommend returning the game to the retailer it was purchased from.

I think the latter is the case. After he restored his licenses, he tried downloading the content from the PS Store but it just prompted him to pay $59.99 for TTK bundle.

I've seen several posts detailing similar situations over the last week or so. I don't know if a batch of bad codes was generated, or if someone hacked the code generation and has been redeeming counterfeit codes. Regardless, your best course of action is to return the whole package to the retailer it was purchased from.

Yeah, from what I've seen on the forums, you're probably right. It's just a big pain in the ass in the end. :/ I appreciate your input though. Probably gonna have him go exchange it tomorrow.
