i'd expect if its random, the price would be lowered. thats how LoL does mystery skins

But mystery skins are still in the shop to directly buy if you'd rather not risk rolling the dice and just buy what you want. Excluding legacy skins of course, but those return at least once a year and usually at a discount.

fair point. Maybe this is the destiny equivalent of riot putting skins in the vault

If they'd just come out and say "they'll return at a later time" I think it would help clear up frustration
