It allows for more diversity between classes, and when you see an enemy in pvp throw a grenade you won't immediately know what super they have, it'll add a layer of versatility to your abilities that I think would be a good thing for destiny 2

I know where you are coming from, it just wouldn't work. You would be able to pick the most OP perks and put it all into one class. Wouldn't work well.

If would work well if they researched the combinations and play tested them to be sure that there aren't any blatantly OP abilities
