They said this, then made our year 1 gear obsolete. So the question is simply: why put in the time on year 2 weapons, when we clearly won't be able to use them in year 3? Why would bungle do this? To simply extend the grind, thinking it retains players. Sorry bungle, but lying to your customers, and making gear they spent many hours trying to perfect (via reforging - required serious grind to get enough weapon parts for over 100 reforge rolls to get that perfect perk set), is part of why this game is dying. When you mislead your customers and don't respect their time, they simply take their business elsewhere. As you're finding now, we're quite happy with your competitors' games and have no reason to come back. We're mad as hell, because you ruined something we loved, and what could've been great.
