Limbo waits until he's close enough, and shoots his tasters out of the compartments on his wrists (marksman), they impact with the man's back, and he fell twitching from the electricity. Limbo removed the tasers, and put his foot on the man's back "Talk, who are you."

Limbo easily steps his free foot on his hand, stopping him "I can't really surprise a watcher." Limbo steps back, letting him up "I will not kill you now, but if you ever kill anyone else, without purpose at least, you will die." Limbo turns and walks away
