Where can you get power armor frames, and what are the best melee/unarmed weapons?

In random locations all over the wasteland, and you can buy empty ones from sine vendors.

Off of the top of my head, here are some unique melee weapons: 2076 World Series Baseball Bat Furious Power Fist Deathclaw Gauntlet Grognak's Axe Big Jim General Chao's Revenge Pickman's Blade Rockville Slugger Shem Drowne's Sword Shishkebab Kremvh's Tooth And, there's a unique power armor arm called Tessa's Fist you might want if you're doing a melee build.
