Luck in the Chamber Snipers - My Thoughts - Not OP
I figured I would share my thoughts on Luck in the Chamber Snipers and why I believe they are NOT overpowered. I expect some hate and disagreement here, so please make sure to listen to the entire video before commenting. Thank you and feel free to share your thoughts.
I understand that a nerf is coming but I still was hoping to change some people's minds before that. Perhaps Bungie could change it again?...

If you waste ammo to get to 2 shots, you now know that there's only two bullets left, 66% of your shots will be lucky assuming you reload and waste ammo again (You have plenty of ammo to waste if you use the two about pieces that grant additional ammo). (There's a separate thread on the forums regarding the math behind that if you don't understand these numbers). If you knew these numbers prior to making the video, would you still have made it? My guess is no, and if you still think LITC is ok, I'd like to ask why? In no point in your video did you really make any real argument other than essentially saying "I like getting body shot kills." Edit: If they want to add an "unlucky bullet" to compliment LITC, that's fine. If you use LITC, you get one lucky bullet, and one unlucky bullet (1/2 damage). Neither make a specific sound, so you can't waste ammo to get rid of the unlucky bullet. That's a fair trade off, right?

1 ReplyI agree 100%.they are not OP, the issue is all the baby ass people that automatically cry and assume that just because they were killed by a sniper ,it had to litc. I die from it once in awhile, and I don't care. I have a few clips of me shooting people with and it's not like they weren't gna die anyway. Also the theory that people rely solely on this.is.just bullshit

2 RepliesI went into trials this weekend and the whole team used a LiTC eirene. I was using a 1000 yard stare. When the game started me and this guy traded kills I got a precision shot and he got a LiTC body shot on me . That's annoying. My friend goes to res me and he traded with another sniper. He got a precision shot and the other guy got a LiTC body shot. That's bull shit

I think people will always bitch about some perk or gun and it really ruins the game in the long run. LiTC is a random chance and i get the you dont random in a gun fight but the thing ia that guns already do that but id ut 1 shots you its considered op you know what also one shots knawlege. Thats why i throw books at bitchs and they die from knawlege. I rest my case pls nerf knawlege

2 RepliesI had a guy in trials get all three of us with body shot LiTC because all he did is aim at body at everyone and never reload. It takes no skill, and should be changed. As it is all snipers shouldn't have aim assist but they won't change that.

2 RepliesDude. No. I don't have to watch to know that it's stupid. You shouldn't able not only one shot people to the body, but overpenetrate and one shot the poor guy behind him in the body as well. This is why they patched Final Round and why LitC on snipers is getting the patch it deserves. No salt. Just the truth. I never even used the Eirene because I think it's just so damn cheap, low aim assist or not.
