Alright you bitches of steel, you think you're the savior of Boston don't ya? Well you're wrong. You're exactly what we don't need, an invading force demanding tribute to feed their cause. You should be helping the commonwealth not making demands from it.
The Institute, a place covered with secrecy. However the secret technology withheld in The Institute is exactly what we need. Why waste human lives on fighting against super mutants and other wasteland dangers when we can send androids to fight for us? Why risk our lives when we can have the synths rebuild Boston. With the synths at our command we can rebuild Boston to city status once again, becoming the safe haven we aspire to be.

As you all may have seen if you do a BoS playthrough (like what I'm doing now for my 2nd playthrough) the BoS have no issue with killing farmers for food, they can't even set up a government for the Commonwealth. The best faction would be an (unlikely) alliance between the Minutemen and the Institute, you have the technology of the Institute combined with the protection of the Minutemen, not to mention that the Minutemen could easily establish a government unlike the BoS.
