Why nerf shotguns?
I don't understand why they're nerfing shotguns. It's already unfair that sniper rifles can one shot me from any range, so they take range away from one shot kill? It doesn't make sense. I think to fairly balance special weapons, they should give shotguns the snipers range, give snipers the proposed shotgun range, and make side arms and fusion rifles primary's.
Now discuss. Thoughts?

Shotguns have killed more people in crucible than any other weapon, move, super, etc. They are number one in kills. They need to be brought down. They aren't a primary weapon.
