Guys how big is the chance that an exotic engram will encrypt at 310 light after you hit 300 light?
And another question, what is the cooldown of ToC?

It is not confirmed but rumoured to be 10 minutes or so. Thus if using them "properly" i.e. popping it at the start of a fresh strike, you will be fine. As for the chance, again unconfirmed, but I found it to be about 50%. Once you reach 311+ they all land at 310 (in my experience anyway)

For me it's almost a 50/50 chance after I was a 300 and up.
