Should exotic leg armor engrams be added to the loot table?
With the new December update around the corner delivering Bones of Eao, Peregrine Greaves, etc... and the soon to come Transversive Steps should their engrams be added to the loot table. Whether Xûr sells them or one gets dropped from a three of coins, should they be allowed orr nah?

From Xur, sure. For 3 of coins, its already hard enough to get a weapon engram. No need to lower the odds in my opinion.
