First this request revolves around the Calcified Fragments you locate on the Dreadnaught. There are 50 of these, 47 obtainable currently while 3 will be via Raid Challenges, out of these you will need at least 45 to complete the quest line for the weapon. For a list of Fragments visit http://www.destinyghosthunter.net just note that this shows all the fragments found by ACCOUNT not by character, since you have to collect the fragments per character for this quest it's recommended to do this one character at a time to avoid confusion: maybe keep a spreadsheet or just go by list for your 2nd and 3rd if desired. [b]Fragment Count: 0[/b] You will get the first part of the quest chain Eris will have you collect 5 fragments. Typically you get this after finding your first fragment on the Dreadnaught. [b]Fragment Count: 5[/b] After that you will need to collect 15 fragments, then you get the 'Hunger Pangs' quest. This will lead you to a heroic quest 'Promthean Code' to kill a name centurion, recommend a team mate if not a fireteam. [b]Fragment Count: 15[/b] This leads you to the Raid quest 'The Old Hunger' where you will need to defeat: - Warpriest (Blade of Famine) - The Sisters (Shroud of Ir Anûk) - Oryx (The Ravenous Heart) These are awarded after each boss if you have the quest on both Normal and Hard mode. This leads to the next quest 'Form the Ritual' where you will need to visit the Dreadnaught to collect: - 25 Wormspore - 50 Hadium Flakes - 50 Weapon Parts For your efforts you will be awarded an Antiquated Rune, and then Eris may fall silent unless you've collected up to 30 fragments... [b]Fragment Count: 30[/b] Once you've reached the Fragment bar you will be greeted with a new version of 'Hunger Pangs' where you will need to kill a name taken 'the Lorekeeper' at the end of the 'Undying Mind' strike. The named taken appears on the third wave of adds (the ancient vex from VoG) typically in the middle of the area you are fighting the boss in. This will lead you into the next quest, fragment total permitting... so get to a total of 45 for the next quest. [b]Fragment Count: 45[/b] Now with 45 Fragments under your belt (an almost complete Book of Sorrow you should go read) you can visit Eris for the last quest of the chain, yet another new 'Hunger Pangs' mission, this time to Mars for a heroic version of 'Fear's Embrace' where you have to kill a named Taken Wizard during the fight at the end of Oryx's Shadow. Just like the 'Undying Mind' the named Taken Wizard appears at the end of the second wave of adds, in my case using the entrance way to knock out the shade (much like the strike) had the named Wizard appear just outside the entrance to the left, your mileage may vary though.
