Well, Destiny isn't really as competitive (at least it should not be) as cod. Rage in CoD seems to happen in every match...

You exaggerate how bad they really are. In COD, people would argue Quickscopers vs Normal players like a cult. If you were in the youtube scene when cod was at its Prime, you would see how people would make vids bashing each other. That and K/D were the biggest issues
