People are complaining that Pulse Rifles are broken, but are you -blam!-ing kidding me? This gun is the most overpowered thing Bungie has ever conceived of. You know, it's the best feeling when you miss a shot, and by the time you are done reloading either a) you are dead or b) they have regained all of their health. Hell, sometimes both happen. It's better than anything I've ever experienced. Bungie even hints at the level of overpoweredness in its description. [quote]"Hand cannons reward calm technique and sharp shooting.
