problem is this area is NEVER not full of people, people spawn for patrol every few seconds. there are taken spawning so people stop. there's a public event so people stop, there's champions, and then people spawn some more. i tried this and in about 30 times going to orbit i almost never got a map without people and if i did it soon got people. And often they just stand around and loiter.

You could try setting your console date and time to 2015 and then restart destiny (not your system) because then you're making destiny go back to 2015 get what you need and then just restart your console and it will go back to normal, i myself had to do this to get sleeper sim because nowhere could i find the warsats but if you do that they will spawn much faster

I did notices that after going to orbit i did keep getting stuck on servers with people i'd just seen. but yeah i couldn't ever get it free of people. At one point a guy just stood their and stared at me. i went and made coffee. he punched me for a while. then there was taken corruption and he left. Like i acutally to a picture of the guy just standing their for a while. lol. As for being busy, At one point, swear, taken corruption, enemy was moving and a warsat then fell. I thought of it too late, but i wanted to shoot the taken lieutenants to see what happens when all that was going on and the Taken Champion spawned right in the middle of the enemy moving. But unfortunately the minute i thought of it the taken corruption subsided. Regardless, i finished with about 30 minutes to spare before armsday.

Damn, well at least you got it done, sorry it didnt work. I suppose theres a bit if luck in it hoping that no one comes. I heard if you change the time your ps4 to a year ago that no one will be able to randomly join you in patrols... you could try that if ever doing it again.

I had the best luck going to orbit and returning. I sometimes i got 2 in like 4 patches of relic iron. That said it took like 15 to get the last one. Luckily im dont with all the exotics sword quest except the sunless cell part so no more farming for me.
