What's wrong with casual games?

So peoples of #Gaming, I've noticed that a lot of you don't exactly have fondness of anything casual. Most notably; Battlefront. I don't know if it's just me or this is really a common thought amongst gamers, but is it really that bad to play a shooter that you can just play for the sake of playing a game? Like I wasn't aware that every game needed you to be an MLG elite player to enjoy. So enlighten about this, is casual gaming really all that bad?

  • "Casual" is a term used when a game is easy learn the mechanics and the "skill" gap is low. So basically it's a game where having fun prioritizes having a good kill death ratio, and is not wrong or bad but people like to think that they are pros so they think they are above having fun.
