They're all over the place in the impact crater area. Bring your power armor.
I also had one spawn in concord during the museum mission. Not sure if that one is supposed to be there or not but it was a major pain to kill.

The one that pops out of the ground at the back of all the raiders when you hop in your first power armor? Its a mini boss for that mission
