Without spoiling anything or at least to the best of your ability when do you get locked out of the other factions. I joined the brotherhood of steel and took care of the super mutants at the fort/base. Main story wise I'm at the part where you have to take Kelloggs brain to that person with valentine and piper.

I know that but between the brotherhood, railroad, and the 4th one you have to choose which one to stay with at some point and I want to know if I can get the jet pack mod and clothing mods before making my decision.
