Does the perk Rifleman(damage bonus for non-automatic weapons) effect ALL semi-automatics or just bolt action rifle like weapons?
Would it give me a bonus if I was using a combat rifle that not fully auto?

Any single shot rifle works with the perk. Semi-auto included. I have a nasty combat rifle with dot scope, 40 round magazine, and can one-shot legendary enemies, with my Rifleman perk still only at 60 percent.

What damage is your rifle. I have shitty pipe rifle only does 20 damage tho.

Combat rifle modified. You'll get them to start dropping around level 20.

Edit: should do the same for semi-auto laser and plasma weapons too.
