Can someone give me a rundown of the game without spoilers? I've never played fallout.

Essentially America got into all out nuclear warfare and the country was nuked to hell and is a complete wasteland. You survive by going underground to live in a vault. What the company that made the vaults didn't say is that they made them to do experimentation on the residents. Quick backstory to help get you interested possibly.
