Only [b]one[/b] Bungie reply to the top trending post, and one moderator reply on the third or fourth page...
Really? Activision directs people here for customer service, but the biggest issues are ignored. Should many of us post in #Help instead? #Help please put in matchmaking? #Help please don't nerf enemy spawns? #Help please fix nightfall rewards? #Help please listen?

3 RepliesI just read the update (11/12/15) and it seemed like they had a lot of good to say. Especially the iron banner changes. I don't feel like they addressed the real issues (loot system, matchmaking/lfg) but I do think they tried to throw sugar at a few. Like shaxx selling legendary swords. Sounds great at first but how will that effect how you get your exotic sword? Or the legendary ones for new players.
