Not everyone has the time to spend collecting fragments.
Some only play for short periods of time a week.
Please stop being smug and saying

But its also a grim reminder that bungie contradicts itself.
Saying we don't want weapons that everyone will require. Then putting in a gun that obviously everyone will require.

1 ReplyShort periods of time? Unless you only play like 15 minutes a week, you point doesn't mean shit. And if you do, then this game, or any game in general, isn't for you. There are plenty of videos to show you where the fragments are and how to get them. There are also just as many people that are willing to help you do so. "B-but the raid takes forever to fin-" No. It's been completed as quickly as 30 minutes, so there goes your biggest excuse. Yes, not everyone can finish that quickly. Doesn't mean they can't help you at least finish off a boss that quickly. Don't blame other people for your laziness, and then try to cover it up as if you have 0 free time ever. If you somehow can't dedicated enough time to work for something in-game over the course of a week but have enough time to complain on the forums, then you should take a step back and do some reevaluating. TL;DR: Spend time bitching in the forums about not having enough time to get the ToM = you're not very bright.
