Yeah it could be both. I've known girls like that before and I've seen them go complete bitch eventually and I've seen them be really cool. To me it shows that she is more likely desperate to keep you around. Sadly I was like this many years ago in my real early twenties. After having been through some shit I finally stopped becoming cringeworthy. If you are not attracted to her then it may be best to find someone else. Attraction can happen over time as you get to know a person more and more but if you are young then you may become impatient and desiring to cheat.
