Lmao XD I got it inside the place you go to get the farmer's dead daughter's locket from some raiders. Had to lock pick a novice level door downstairs inside the base. Right when you open the door, a legendary radroach jumps at you. Kill it to get the gear. Further into the room there is a dead body and a case. The case has a key in it. The key unlocks a door close to when you enter the building. Inside is a mini nuke and some other goodies. The location is near the car junkyard close to Sanctuary, can't remember the name atm.
