People are saying yes, but in reality it won't change the game or even make it better. More language and blood doesn't make the game automatically better.

That isn't what M rated means, it just shows more complex scenarios that younger audiences might not understand. It's just a stereotype from other M rated games which have all that you mentioned

If it's M rated for the reasons Persona 3 and 4 are M rated then it's fine. They deal with the complex issues that you are mentioning. What most people want however aren't these complex issues that add to the game as a whole. They want the blood and gore and pointless nudity that don't add anything important to the game.

I know right. People think if they add a sex cutscenes the game will be better or something. Maybe a deeper story, too complicated and rich for younger audiences.

The deeper story is fine and understandable. Take persona 3 and 4 for example. They are rated m because of these complex issues that are found in its story. However this isn't what most people want. They want excess blood, gore and nudity that take more from the game than they add to it.
