I've worked a lot of customer service jobs. And yes sometimes the customer is out of line or wrong. But if that 1 customer feels that way. There's a million others. The business and leadership adjust to make sure that those other customers are happy. So far near 90% of people that have played Destiny and have been loyal to the company are unhappy. That's millions of people. That's bad customer service. That many complaints means in this case the customer is right.

Disagree. The customer is always "right", because he has the final say on where he spends his money. But "right" isn't the same as "reasonable." For example playing an action-RPG getting mad that it won't reward you like the unlocks in a typical shooter is pretty unreasonable. But people around here do this every day. Forums like this are echo chambers that amplify the voices of malcontents. Makes them appear more numerous and influential than the actually are.
