So Bungie you guys have been doing good with year to I love that there are quest specific exotic weapons it adds a new twist to your daily playing as there could be new stuff to do today, and the new raid is fun and takes more team work then the previous raids. So I would love to see a 12 man raid in year 3 or even a 24 man, and make it like a super raid that you can even release in stages. For example wow has a 24 man raid that when it first came out in stages of like 3 or 4 bosses and had 3 stages by the time you finished leading to a total of 9 boss battles. And you could make it ether fallen or cabal.
I hope you consider my idea.
See you out there?

I can't even fathom how much of a headache this would be to organize. Good thought but it would never work as well as you'd want in execution.
-
How about 4-man raids that actually don't lag, jerk or glitch. 12 sounds like a complete lag-fest. Remember, this crap is all peer-to-peer.
-
Good idea but instead of raids they should be called siege, or assault . Because a raid refers to how many people are on the team. For example a strike team is considered a 3 man team and a raid team is considered a 6 man team (by the lore)
-
Can you imagine having 12 people all organized? Not only is that impossible for parties as their limit is 8, but the amount of talking would drown out any real strategy
-
Only 8 ppl max could join party's. Wouldn't work anyway
-
Imagine the cross-talk, frustration, process of coordinating a team, limiting distractions.... DOUBLED
-
The servers can't even handle 12 people in a crucible match. Adding mobs and bosses and all those checks to make sure you get the same loot that you already have, but worse, would cause a bloody meltdown!
-
It's hard for some people to get 6 people together for a raid, but 12? Literally gonna be impossible to coordinate the time and work togther
-
Hard enough having to work with 5 retards, why they heck do i want another 6 more?
-
Bump for mega raid
-
That's an LFG nightmare
-
40 or bust
-
Finding the people would be a pain but I could just imagen a 24 man fire team landing on the cabal home planet , when we find it, and fighting their way through boss battles, tank battles, CQB firefights and giant puzzles to fine the cable emperor for a final battle to cripple the cabal empire

Edited by HELP1NG HAND: 11/12/2015 10:30:45 PMI also love the idea behind the Class specific exotic weapons. As soon as they fix the Titan one, we will be in business. I also love the new focus on quests, if RNG could be reduced even more, I would be a happy camper. However I completely disagree about a Raid with an increased number of guardians. So many people have such a hard time just tracking down 5 other people to raid with. It is the primary reason why the vast majority of the community doesn't raid regularly. If that number get raised to 11 people? Then the only people who ever beat it will be decent sized clans. Now, if some kind of in game LFG engine were introduced, it could be possible. But trying to seamlessly organize that many people could be next to impossible.

Well many other MMO's have 20 man raid why not destiny?
-
Edited by StayFroggy: 11/11/2015 6:09:19 PMIt's hard enough right now to find 5 others on LFG yet alone 11 god id just stop raiding/playing all together if it was a damn 12 man yet alone a 24 man.
-
Is this a joke the game can barely keep up with a 6 man fireteam let alone 12 ppl running around like idiots aka crucible if they manage to get 12 ppl together in a fireteam the game would forever crash
-
I take it you haven't had to use LFG very much.
-
Edited by agBlazingPhoenix: 11/11/2015 6:35:30 PMMax in a party chat is 8, it'd be frustrating having to go to fireteam chat They would also need to at least run on dedicated servers instead of P2P
-
Would take a month to gather enough players. Only if they offer matchmaking with vote-to-kick.
-
God no. 3 man raid in year 3
-
Twelve is way too many. It would be nice to have raid elements that split players into different groups that go to completely different areas to accomplish different parts.
-
Oh god! The LFG! The horror!!! No... This game is not yet ready for this...
-
If I have to spend twice as long on lfg and fighting crappy toxic players to find a decent group I will never be back. Lol, I'm holding out till the next few updates, and not buying the next DLC till I see some solid improvements. I want to come back, there's a lot to like about Destiny.

Too much, 9 i wouldnt have a problem with though.
