So how do you use the power armor after it has no more energy? My power armor died half way thru my mission in concord... So I put it away in the sanctuary and it just sits there... Is it meant to only use sparingly or the whole time?

Sparingly, unless for whatever reason you have like a million fusion cores

Once you pick up the Military frequency and the quest starts, you should find one in an old lab.

Found some in an unmarked building. Found one in a generator behind an old store.

Any military type place will have one, there's one at the federal ration station also

If you've found the Lonely Chapel (or temple?) Its straight down the hill from there, u can sneak up to the generator out back and steal the fusion core

Nope its a small place before u get there, full of raiders and at least one psycho in a armor suit, not hard to spot, its lit up and they have a search light going

I think I was there. I was getting fuxked up right before diamond city. Died like 4 times before I decided to run around them like a coward lol. Any tips on taking out enemies in power suits?

Explosives prob work best, frags and mines

Actually I tried to clear the place the first time, but got my ass kicked, used a double barrel shotgun on that armored guy, but he killed me at the same time, so next time I just snuck up and stole the damn thing, gonna go back with my armor and minigun next time

I haven't yet seen a merchant carry them, though I did recently find one in a highly irradiated nuclear waste storage. The storage is straight east from sanctuary, it's a bit of a walk and its easy to miss as it's just a small concrete building. Once inside there's a terminal and some ferals, hack the terminal and open the door directly beneath it, fusion core is in a machine similar to the first one you see

Iv found then on dead turret parts Iv gotten like 20 just sitting in my bag lol.
