Nope if they had a cool down of 3 seconds between hammers when they won't be so op solar warlocks can't contuneious lay throw bombs so why should Titan be able to throw 7 hammers one after another which is like foreign rockets with double the splash rid us which recharge health on kill nerf them make it even or else everyone will just be playing hammers mine you strom callers range needs to be nurfed too lol.
