But to play this game you had to accept an agreement, and it said that Bungie retains the right to remove content from the game as they wish.

Just because they signed that doesnt mean it will hold up in court.

I'm pretty sure that if I've commented probably 200 times trying to explain things to people, I would be aware of that. They are legally allowed to do this, because of that EULA. It's still morally wrong, an example of false advertisement, and if it weren't for the way licensing works, it would be illegal.
