That's incorrect. In an interview, they said that all year one "Exotics", except Gjallarhorn will be carried forward into year two, but that some of them could take a while. Since all they have to do is change the base damage to 290 or 310, and release them to the wild, they should be here by now. Also, since there aren't any good (fun) guns in year two, they need to hurry up before we loose interest in the game that they broke.
