Just because someone data mined some stuff does not mean that it should be in the game.
They don't owe you jack shit. You don't like it, don't play or go do what bdobbins does.

Wasn't just data mined. Bungie stated in an interview (or possibly weekly update haha) that we would get a half dozen new exotic armors for each class. Many of this missing exotics have also shown up in gameplay trailers, aka advertisements.
