I believe once your GS is past a certain rank each order has a choice of 3 different perks on each gun. As far as ive seen on my lock whos almost rank 5

Yes that's true but my question is do the guns that I get to choose from have the same exact perks that yours do?

Yes we all have the same 3 choices once you hit rank 3. Planet destiny gives arms day recommendations every week if you want some guidance.
