Oh you're a girl (or a really weird guy) lol didn't realize xD if you're wearing skirts and dresses then it makes more sense for tattoos to be there. I always see or hear people wanting tats on their leg and I find it weird lol that's just me though.

Yes I'm a girl haha :p idk I don't really think tattoos on my arms would look too good- maybe too butch I guess? I think my Pokemon ones are great too.

You're gonna run out of space someday lol you don't always have to get sleeves though. Some small tattoos may look good.
