It works wonders at Oryx encounter against Ogres, sniper Vandals and the light eater Knights. I agree with what you are saying though but I think there is still use for a high impact sniper. This was my first week getting to use both black spindle and touch of malice in the raid. I don't necessarily need a sniper with luck in the chamber to be successful but it's not bad to have at all imo. Especially when combined Eirene's high impact. Hoping my armsday order this week turns up with arc and firefly!
